This Privacy Policy applies to the Jump Rope Training mobile application and this website. Jump Rope Training is published by Activefitapps and developed by Muslim Zabirov (collectively, "Jump Rope Training," "we," "us," or "our").

This policy explains what information is handled when you complete workouts, follow plans, use optional app features, create or restore a backup, make a purchase, contact support, or visit this website.

Jump Rope Training does not require an account and does not operate a cloud account database for your workout history. Core app information is stored locally on your device.

• Completed workouts, plan progress, active days, favorites, saved workouts, achievements, Rope XP, and estimated calories.
• Optional fitness-profile values such as age, birthday, gender, height, weight, desired weight, training experience, goals, and workout frequency.
• App preferences such as language, appearance, sound, voice guidance, vibration, countdown, rest, and notification choices.
• Locally created workout and timer information when you use the app's builder features.

Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. Jump Rope Training uses RevenueCat to confirm purchases, restore access, and determine whether the Jump Rope Training App Pro entitlement is active.

Because the app does not require an account, the RevenueCat SDK creates an anonymous App User ID. Jump Rope Training does not send RevenueCat your name or email address. RevenueCat and the applicable store may process that identifier together with transaction information such as product identifier, purchase and expiration dates, entitlement status, receipt or purchase token, store, platform, app version, and limited device or network information needed to operate, analyze, secure, and restore the purchase service.

We do not send your workout history, plans, Health Sync records, age, height, or weight to RevenueCat. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat handle the purchase information they control under their own privacy policies.

Any provider that processes data on our behalf must use it only to provide the relevant service and protect it consistently with this policy, applicable law, and applicable platform requirements.

If you enable Health Sync and grant permission, Jump Rope Training can write completed workout information to Apple Health or Health Connect. This can include the workout title, start and end time, duration, and estimated active calories when the platform supports it.

Jump Rope Training does not use Health Sync to read your health records, heart rate, steps, sleep, weight, nutrition, or medical information. Health Sync is optional, remains off until you enable it, and can be disabled in the app or your device's health-permission settings.

Once information is written to Apple Health or Health Connect, that platform controls its copy under your device settings and the platform provider's privacy terms.

Health and fitness information is not used for advertising, marketing, or data mining and is not sold to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

On supported devices, Jump Rope Training may create a recovery snapshot in the app's private local storage. This snapshot is used to help restore meaningful app data after an app update or local data interruption. It is not uploaded to a Jump Rope Training account or server.

You can also create, export, and import an allowlisted backup file containing restorable local app data. Purchase entitlements are excluded from that file and are restored separately through the applicable store. Jump Rope Training does not upload exported backup files to our servers.

If you choose a cloud drive, messaging app, email service, or another destination in the system share sheet, that provider receives the backup file or other content you chose to share and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.

Operating-system backups managed by Apple, Google, or your device manufacturer may include local app data depending on your device and backup settings. Those providers control their backups under their own terms.

The current mobile application does not include advertising SDKs or product-analytics trackers. We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or health records.

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or a description of a problem. We use it only to respond and troubleshoot.

This website does not set advertising cookies. Hosting and network providers may process standard connection data, such as IP address, browser type, requested path, request time, and security logs, to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and maintain reliability.

This website does not use product analytics or track pageviews or app-store button clicks.

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, restore different local data, or uninstall the app. Exported files and copies held by a destination you selected remain there until you delete them. Store and RevenueCat purchase records may be retained as required to provide purchases, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud.

You can remove workout history and other supported local records from inside the app. Uninstalling the app normally removes its local data, but it does not cancel a subscription or delete exported backups, health records already written to a health platform, operating-system backups, or store purchase records.

No storage method is completely secure. We limit permissions, keep core fitness data local, and use platform-provided purchase, health, backup, and sharing interfaces to reduce unnecessary data exposure.

You control optional Health Sync, measurement units, fitness-profile values, local workout data, backups, sharing, and device permissions. You can disable Health Sync in the app, revoke its permission in your device settings, delete supported local records in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app.

Depending on where you live, privacy law may also give you rights concerning personal information processed by us. Contact us to request access to or deletion of information we hold through support correspondence. For information controlled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, a health platform, or a service you selected for sharing, contact that provider directly.

Jump Rope Training is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information should contact us so we can address the request.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in the app, on this website, or through another appropriate channel where required.
