These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jump Rope Training mobile application and this website. Jump Rope Training is published by Activefitapps and developed by Muslim Zabirov (collectively, "Jump Rope Training," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Jump Rope Training, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use the app for an organization or on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

Jump Rope Training is a fitness-training, planning, and workout-timing tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency services. Workout plans, exercise demonstrations, calorie estimates, timers, voice cues, and other content are general information and may not be suitable for you.

Physical activity, including jump rope, involves risk. Consider your health, experience, equipment, surface, surroundings, and form before starting. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are unsure what is safe for you. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Jump Rope Training for lawful, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable store rules.

• Do not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit the app or its content except where law expressly permits it.
• Do not reverse engineer, bypass security or purchase checks, interfere with the app, introduce malicious code, or use the app to violate another person's rights.
• Do not extract the workout library, plans, exercise artwork, text, or other content to create or train a competing product.
• Do not use Jump Rope Training in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsafe.

You are responsible for the profile information, goals, preferences, saved or custom workouts, imported backups, and other content you add to the app. You must have the right to use anything you add or share. Core fitness data is stored locally and the app does not provide a cloud account service.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device, maintaining appropriate backup copies, reviewing restored data before relying on it, and choosing safe destinations when exporting or sharing. We are not responsible for data lost because of device failure, deletion, uninstalling, operating-system behavior, unsupported modifications, or a backup destination you selected, except where applicable law says otherwise.

Exercise demonstrations, instructions, workouts, plans, and progression suggestions are starting points, not personal medical or athletic coaching. You are responsible for choosing appropriate movements, pace, duration, rest, equipment, surface, and progression.

Duration, calories, difficulty, muscle-group, Rope XP, progress, and other values are estimates or app metrics. Results vary by person, technique, device, profile information, and workout conditions. Do not rely on an estimate as a medical measurement or guarantee of results.

Jump Rope Training may offer Pro through monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase. Each option unlocks the Pro features identified on the purchase screen. A purchase is not required to use content identified as free.

Monthly and annual subscriptions are charged at the price shown by the App Store or Google Play when you confirm the purchase and renew automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel through your store account before the renewal deadline. The store may charge applicable taxes. Any trial, introductory offer, eligibility rule, and post-offer price will be displayed before purchase.

The lifetime product is charged once at the price shown before purchase and does not renew. "Lifetime" means continuing access to the purchased Pro entitlement for as long as Jump Rope Training remains available and supports that product. It does not guarantee that every current feature will remain unchanged or available forever.

Apple or Google processes payment and controls cancellation and refund eligibility under its rules and applicable law. RevenueCat helps verify and restore entitlement status but does not process your payment. The price, currency, billing period, and offer terms shown by the store immediately before purchase control if they differ from general wording in these Terms.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Deleting Jump Rope Training does not cancel it. After cancellation, Pro access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

Subscription prices may change with the advance notice and consent required by the applicable store and applicable law. Apple or Google provides renewal and price-change notices and gives you the available options to accept, manage, or cancel the subscription.

Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the same store account to restore an active subscription or eligible lifetime purchase. Purchases are generally restored within the same store platform and are not automatically transferable between Apple and Google.

If you enable Health Sync, you authorize Jump Rope Training to write completed workout information to Apple Health or Health Connect within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for reviewing that information and managing permissions or deleting records in the relevant health platform.

Health platforms may be unavailable, delayed, or behave differently across devices and operating-system versions. Health Sync is provided for convenience and is not a medical record service.

Jump Rope Training depends on platform and third-party services such as Apple's App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Apple Health, Health Connect, device backup providers, app-update services, and services you choose when exporting or sharing. Their terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical limitations also apply to your use of those services.

On Apple platforms, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Jump Rope Training or its content. Your use is also subject to Apple's applicable usage rules and Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where it applies.

Jump Rope Training, including its code, design, brand, workout content, exercise illustrations, plans, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms give you permission to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.

App Store, Apple Health, Google Play, Health Connect, RevenueCat, and other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

We may maintain, update, add, remove, or change features to improve safety, compatibility, legal compliance, or the product. We do not guarantee that every feature, workout, plan, language, platform integration, or device will remain available indefinitely.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse purchase systems, attack the app, or create legal or security risk. Provisions that should continue by their nature, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jump Rope Training is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular training goal, or produce a specific result. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; lost data, profits, opportunity, or business; or loss caused by your exercise choices, equipment, surroundings, third-party services, or failure to protect your local data or maintain a backup. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud or certain personal injuries caused by negligence where applicable.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without taking away mandatory consumer protections available where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may update these Terms when the app, business model, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If a material change requires notice or consent, we will provide it through the app, this website, or another appropriate channel.
